29 CFR 1910.178(o)(2): Load(s) were being handled which exceeded the rated capacity of the industrial truck: On or about April 27, 2018, at 9901 NW 106th St., Medley, FL, the employer failed to ensure that fork lift loads did not exceed the trucks rated load capacity, center of gravity limitations (length, width, height), thus exposing employees to struck-by hazards. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
