29 CFR 1910.1027(m)(1)(iii): The employers did not include cadmium in the hazard communication program established to comply with the HCS (29 CFR 1910.1200) and the employers did not ensure that each employee has access to labels on containers of cadmium and to safety data sheets, and is trained in accordance with the requirements of hazard communication standard (HCS) and paragraph (m)(4) of this section: (a) On or about April 25, 2018 and at times prior thereto the employer did not include cadmium in the written hazard communication program and employees were not trained in accordance with the hazard communication standard, exposing employees to hazards associated with cadmium exposure.
