29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed: (a) 4 Bay: On March 20, 2018 and times prior, the employer did not conduct an annual periodic inspection between an inspector and authorized employee to ensure that the employee(s) followed the energy control procedures for the, but not limited to, the Acer E-Mill (model #3VKH-54) which has multiple energy sources; 240 volt electrical and 95 psi pneumatic pressure.
