29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation guards were not designed and constructed to prevent the operator from having any part of his/ her body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: On or about April 19, 2018, guarding to prevent employee's from having any part of the body in the danger zone during the operating cycle was not installed on the company's Niagara shear. Employees tasked with hand feeding the stock were potentially exposed to caught by and/or struck by hazards.
