29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): a. On or about February 14, 2018, in the work area, employees required to work on the L-1 Label Aire machine were exposed to an unguarded belt and pulley in the cabinet under the machine. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with rotating parts. b. On or about February 14, 2018, in the work area, employees required to work on the G4 - Data Card Affixer machine were exposed to an unguarded belt and pulley in the area where the cards are replenished. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with rotating parts.
