29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee with occupational exposure participated in a training program: On or about November 30, 2017, employees were exposed to bloodborne pathogens when maintenance employees who unclog toilets using plungers and/or augers and their hands did not receive bloodborne pathogen training. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
