29 CFR 1910.303(c)(2)(i): Connection of conductors to terminal parts shall ensure a good connection without damaging the conductors and shall be made by means of pressure connectors (including set-screw type), solder lugs, or splices to flexible leads. (a) L&R 25 Ton Over Head Crane (Serial No. 12745); West Bay South Corner: Electrical connectors replaced on the overhead crane and supplying power to the lifting magnets, were not verified as having a good connection before being placed back into service. This exposed employees to a crushing and struck-by hazard.
