29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not select PPE that properly fit each affected employee: a) In the shooting room, employees were required to wear latex gloves while shooting, but were only provided with medium sized gloves that would rip and tear because they did not fit. This violation was observed on or about October 10, 2017.
