29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8): Ladders placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways, were not secured to prevent accidental displacement: a) 70 Charlton Street, north side of building, northeast corner, on or about 6-7-17 One employee was working on an extension ladder at the 23rd floor with its feet setting on the outside hardware of a swing stage scaffold, a location that can be displaced by workplace activities, exposing the employee to a fall onto/into the glass atrium.
