29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2)(i): Midrails were not installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking-working surface: a) On or about 5/26/2017 and at times prior thereto, at the South East corner of the property, employees loading liquid fertilizer into tanker trucks when working from an expanded metal working platform that was not provided with a midrail were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 7 feet.
