29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6): The employer did not certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l): 79 Wilkins Rd, Gardner, MA On April 6, 2017 at the opening of the inspection, the employer had incomplete certification documents for employees who operated the company powered industrial trucks (PITs). The employer had no documentation to show that any employees were trained and evaluated to operate the Moto-Truck 20,000 pound capacity PIT. Also, the employer had no documents to show that any employees had received performance evaluations on any PITs.
