29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(2)(vi): The employer does not perform additional monitoring when there is a change in the production process, raw materials, equipment, personnel, work practices, or control methods that resultin new or additional exposures to chromium (VI), or when the employer has any reason to believe that new or additional exposures are occurring: On or about March 17, 2017, the employer does not have additional monitoring after an addition was made to the project crew shop exposing employees to hazards associated with hexavalent chromium.
