29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch. On or about February 22, 2017, and times prior thereto, in the SW corner of the Machine Shop where employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard when operating a Palmgren 8-inch pedestal grinder without the work rests adjusted within an one eighth inch of the wheel.
