29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: Location: Maintenance Shop, 500 Fenimore Road, Mamaroneck, NY 10543 On or about: 11/14/16 a) Knock-outs were missing on three quad outlet metal "J" boxes. One box was located on the wall by the drill press, one was located on the wall by the compressor and one was on the column by the center work bench by the grinder.
