On or about May 10, 2017, unqualified employees performed voltage testing on energized components (up to 480 volts) while troubleshooting machinery and equipment. Employees were exposed to electrical shock and arc flash/blast hazards. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
