29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Room 137 Adaptive Equipment Workshop - On or about 2/22/17, the power cord outer jacket was damaged on the Makita 3612 router (attached to a Kreg table). The router operates at 115 volts.
