29 CFR 1910.107(e)(9): Flammable liquids for use in spraying operations were transferred from one container to another without both containers being effectively bonded and grounded to prevent discharge sparks of static electricity. The employer is failing to ensure that employees are not exposed to fire and inhalation hazards. This was most recently documented on January 4, 2017 at 1120 North 18th Street Omaha, Nebraska. The employer is failing to ensure that transfer of solvents (Isopropyl Alcohol; flash point of 54 deg; F) during the paint mixing operations was being accomplished with both containers effectively bonded and grounded.
