29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs seven feet or less from the floor level were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least fifteen inches above the belt: a. On or about November 29, 2016, on the first floor in the center of the plant the employer at the plant, did not provide a guard over the horizontal belts in the belt caterpillar of the jacket line # 1, exposing employees to caught-in hazards. b.
