29 CFR 1910.1025(m)(1)(iii): The employer did not include lead in the hazard communication program established to comply with the HCS (� 1910.1200), and the employer did not ensure that each employee had access to labels on containers of lead and to safety data sheets, and that employees were trained on lead in accordance with the requirements of HCS and paragraph (l) of this section: a. The Gun Range LLC, 542 North Percy Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123 - The employer did not develop and implement a written Hazard Communication Program where employees were exposed to lead in their workplace. The program should include at least the following: -Hazard classifications of lead including reproductive/developmental toxicity; central nervous system effects; kidney effects; blood effects; and acute toxicity; -Ensure the employees have access to labels for containers containing lead and lead contaminants; -Ensure the employees have access to safety data sheets for lead; -Training of employees on the hazards of lead as part of the employer Hazard Communication Program. -etc., Observed On or About 11/18/16.
