29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(C): Employees whose work operations were in an area where energy control procedures were utilized were not instructed about the procedure: Table Talk Pies, 28 Bowditch Drive, Shrewsbury, Massachusetts; On and before October 19, 2016, "other" employees, including custodial employees and office workers, at the Bowditch Drive facility were not trained on the purpose and use of lockout equipment and tags.
