29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: On or about August 25, 2016, and at time prior thereto, at this manufacturing plastic plant production area where employees were exposed to struck-by, caught-in, mechanical, thermal, stored, pressurize and electrical hazardous energies when performing service and/or maintenance, periodic inspections of the energy control procedures were not conducted for the following types of machines: a. CNC Robot automatic system; b. Plastic molding press; c. Hydraulic injection molding machines MG-2300; d. Hydraulic injection molding machines MG-4400; e. Heat Controller Machine; f. Router 1; g. Dryer Hopper Temperature Controller #1; h. Dryer Hopper Temperature Controller #2; i. Dryer Hopper Temperature Controller #5; j. Carousel Plus Dehumidifying Dryer; k. Gravimetric Batch Blender Mixer; l. Direct Gas-Fired Industrial Air Handler; and, m. Rotary Screw Air Compressor.
