29 CFR 1910.124(h)(2): Employees working with liquids that could burn, irritate, or otherwise harm their skin, were not provided treatment by a properly designated person for any small skin abrasion, cut, rash, or open sore. Phos Line; On and at times prior to 9/29/16, an employee had not been provided treatment for a rash on his hands and forearms resulting from exposure to chemicals on the Phos Line, including but not limited to a dip tank that contained chromic acid.
