29 CFR 1910.272(g)(6): Employees shall not enter bins, silos, or tanks underneath a bridging condition, or where a buildup of grain products on the sides could fall and bury them. On or about July 26, 2016, employees were asked to enter a grain bin to perform work on a grain auger from the side door where a buildup of wheat grain products on the sides could fall and bury them.
