29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: a. At the east, south and west side of the south building, employees were exposed to a fall hazard up to 27 feet high, in that, a tubular welded frame scaffold with a total of 26 frames wide and four frames high was not provided with guardrail systems prior to releasing the scaffold for use, on or about 07/07/2016.
