29 CFR 1910.217(b)(3)(i): Mechanical power presses using full revolution clutches did not incorporate a single-stroke mechanism. a) Production Floor, 204 Franklin Valley Road, Dalton, PA - The 1 (Marked with number on masking tape - Unknown manufacturer, no identification plate) full revolution mechanical power press was operated daily without the incorporation of a single-stroke mechanism exposing employees to caught-in and caught-between hazards, on or about May 16, 2016. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), abatement certification is required for this violation.
