29 CFR 1910.107(d)(5): An electric motor driving an exhaust fan for spray booth was located inside the booth: a. Spray Booth: On or about February 23, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to flash fires while applying flammable and combustible liquids, such as but not limited to, Ethylbenzene, Xylene, Trimethylbenzene, Methoxy-propanol, Light Aromatic Hydrocarbons, Butoxyethanol, Triethylene Tetramine and Polyamide (Sherwin Williams Tile Clad B62 TZ 104 Epoxy), to finished gunstocks with unapproved exhaust fans inside the Spray Booth.
