29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter were not effectively closed. The employer failed to ensure that wires entering the breaker panel, located on the stairs at the north wall, were protected from abrasion when: A. Wires were connected to the breaker panel and ran into the front of the box. B. Wires ran into the box thorough unprotected cutouts.
