29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The employer did not ensure that employee training included details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer; an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employees could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: (a) Dinklage Feed Yard Inc, at 13946 Morgan County Road 21, Fort Morgan, CO: On and preceding 11/26/15, the employer did not ensure that employee training included details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information. Employees performed duties related to the care and feeding of cattle. The employer did not ensure that all employees had been provided training on hazardous chemicals in their work area, including but not limited to the following: 1. Gasoline; 2. Diesel fuel; 3. Propane; 4. APTechgroup Inc BC4A (containing 5-15% sodium hydroxide); and 5. APTechgroup Inc OLC-C (containing 0.5% acrylic acid-polycarboxylate).
