29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: The employer is failing to provide adequate lockout and tag out training to affected employees. This was most recently evident during the inspection of the facility located at 2500 Old Hadar Rd & 2300 Riverside Blvd. Norfolk, NE 68701; where the employer has inadequately trained affected employees who operate equipment that requires lock out or tag out to isolate hazardous energy sources as means of protection for the employee. Instances include but are not limited to: i. Employee operating machines in the Fiber Line, Thermal Pad Line and the Main Production Lines. ii. Employees cleaning the Fiber Line, Thermal Pad Line and the Main Production Line weekly.
