29 CFR 1910.36(h)(3): Outdoor exit route(s) were not reasonably straight and did not have smooth, solid, substantially level walkways. On 1/28/15, at Plant 4, the employer did not ensure the emergency egress discharge leading outdoors from the paint area had solid and level walkways. Discharge from the area was concrete and dirt path that was broken creating an uneven surface. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
