29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent): Back Shop, Storage Loft: On, or about, December 1, 2014, the railing provided on the storage loft was measured to be 36 inches high, which was too low to meet the requirements of a standard guardrail. Ref. 29 CFR 1910.23.
