29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Powered industrial truck(s) which were used on a round-the-clock basis were not examined for defects after each shift: a.) Rohr Industries, Inc. 201 Stackpole Street, St. Marys, PA, Shipping/receiving, on or about November 21st, 2014, and times prior thereto: Employees operated forklifts including but not limited to, a Komatsu brand powered industrial truck (Model # 500PG-14, Serial # 592773A) in order to move metal parts and bins throughout the facility. The Komatsu #500PG-14 industrial truck was not being examined after each work shift.
