29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(vi): A receptacle installed in a wet location where the product intended to be plugged into it was not to be attended while in use (for example, sprinkler system controllers, landscape lighting, and holiday lights) did not have an enclosure that was weatherproof with the attachment plug cap inserted or removed: (a) Vehicle Storage Yard: Outdoor electrical outlet enclosures used to provide power for engine block heaters were damaged and did not have weatherproof enclosures exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
