29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) 7th Avenue 8th Street, Huntington WV: Employees were conducting roofing work on a roof pitched 4 in 12, were exposed to an approximated 9 foot 9 inch fall. The employer did not provide a training program to enable the employees to recognize fall hazards and how to minimize them, as determined on 11/12/2014. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
