29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(D): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the requirements for testing a machine or equipment to determine and verify the effectiveness of lockout devices, tagout devices, and other energy control: The employer did not ensure that the energy control procedures addressed testing and verification of the energy control devices that were applied when employees were performing serving operations on equipment such as, but not limited to, HEM Saws. Servicing operations included, but not limited to, blade changing.
