29 CFR 1910.27(e)(4): "Pitch greater than 90 degrees." Ladders having a pitch in excess of 90 degrees with the horizontal are prohibited. a. In the back storage bin area, the employer had a fixed ladder with a cage. The section of the ladder below the cage was angled in excess of 90 degrees. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 11 feet.
