29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not free and/or unobstructed. On or about October 8, 2014, and at times prior thereto, at the bottom of the stairs leading from the Foundry to the Shipping Department there were pallets, extension cords and a DeWalt Circular Saw blocking the egress route, exposing employees to hazards of slips, trips, and falls in the event of fire.
