29 CFR 1910.119(0)(3): The employer did not develop a report of the findings of the audit. (a) 1 Devco Drive, Manchester Pennsylvania - The employer did not develop a findings report after the completion of the compliance audit conducted in November of 2013, on or about August 8. 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
