29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: At the time of the inspection, listed or labeled relocatable power taps were not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. The following relocatable power taps were used improperly: a) In a cubicle in the front office area, a relocatable power tap was connected in series (daisy chained) to a second relocatable power tap to power a personal computer and monitor. b) In the dock shack, a relocatable power tap was use to power a window LG AC unit, model # LW1010ER (115 VAC, single phase, 60 HZ & 8.5 Amps). c) In the maintenance area, a relocatable power tap had an extension cord plugged into it. The extension cord was powering an Innowave UV Water Dispenser; Model # 10 VHCW (120 VAC, 60 HZ & single phase).
