29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Grinding machinery was used without work rest(s) present and/or adjusted to within 1/8 inch of the wheel. (a) Production Workshop Area - On or about May 1, 2014, a TDS-200 8 inch Dual-Wheel bench grinder was in use with only one work rest being installed and out of alignment which would not provide any means of preventing material in work from jamming the grinding wheel.
