29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (a) Maintenance Shop - On or about February 27, 2013, the service technician is exposed potential injury or illness resulting from the use hazardous chemicals in the performance of minor on-site facility maintenance and off-site customer equipment servicing. Chemical exposures include but are not limited to lubricants, brake cleaner, penetrating fluids, and spray paints. (b) Warehouse - On or about February 27, 2013, forklift operators are exposed to potential injury or illness resulting from the use hazardous chemicals when changing the LPG fuel tanks on forklifts.
