1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) Magna Energy Services, LLC, 0902 County Road 4, Wiggins, CO 80654: On and before February 5, 2013, the employer did not ensure that the cord to the Sureweld welder was supported with proper strain relief. This condition exposes employees to electrical hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
