29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: (a) Zeager Brothers, Inc., 4000 East Harrisburg Pike, Middletown, Pennsylvania - The employer had energy control procedures and employees performed maintenance and servicing activities on various pieces of machinery and equipment, including, but not limited to, mulch coloring machines, the Peerless dumper, various wood tub grinders, etc. The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedures at least annually, on or about May 18, 2012. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and shall state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
