29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Throughout the facility the employer is failing to develop, implement and/or maintain a written hazard communication program as outlined in this subpart. This failure has the potential to expose employees to injuries associated with working with a chemical they are either not familiar with and are not trained to use. Employees are using JT-6 Hi-Temp Grease as part of a preventive maintenance program.
