29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment: a) On or about September 20, 2025 and at times prior, the employer did assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present that necessitate the use of personal protective equipment, such as but not limited to fall protection and foot protection during Via Ferrata tours. This condition exposed employees to fall and struck-by hazards.
