29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1):Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: Nova Tube and Steel, LLC located at 8641 County Road H in Delta, Ohio 43515: On or about July 28, 2025, the employer did not ensure employees were provided with adequate training on electrical shock, arc flash hazards, and protective equipment to protect against electrical hazards while working on or near energized conductors. Employees who accessed electrical panels to perform tasks such as, but not limited to, electrical testing and the replacement of contactors of 480 volts were exposed to electrical shock and arc flash hazards.
