29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) 1355 West 52nd Avenue, Denver, CO 80221: On or about July 9, 2025, the employer did not protect employees from electrical shock and fire hazards in that temporary flexible cord was used as permanent wiring to power an industrial fan between bays 4 and 5.
