29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, nor after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity: At the jobsite located at 9701 W. 53rd St. N., Maize, KS 67101, employees engaged in masonry activities on a tubular welded frame scaffold were exposed to hazards of falls, struck-by, instability and collapse, in that a scaffold system was not inspected by a competent person prior to the start of the work shift to identify deficiencies.
