29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2):The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification which included the requirements as outlined in 29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The Pullman Company, LLC DBA Tenneco Automotive located at 11800 County Road 425 in Napoleon, Ohio 43545: On or about February 26, 2025, the employer did not verify by written certification that a workplace hazard assessment was performed that identified the workplace evaluated, the person certifying that the evaluation had been performed, and the date of completion. Employees working with and around the metal working fluids and coolant at Press 7795 were exposed to hazards associated with 3-amino-4-octanol and hexahydro-1,3,5-tris (3methoxypropyl)-1,3,5-triazine, and base oil such as, but not limited to skin irritation, redness, dryness and cracking.
