Wysong Side Channel Press, Storflex Holdings, Inc., 392 West Pulteney St., Corning, NY 14830, on or about 4/1/2025; The employer did not ensure that a mechanical power press with two hand controls as the primary safeguarding method, including but not limited to, 60-Ton Wysong, Serial Number: PB11-102, Model: 6508, Storflex ID # 1025, was provided with a brake monitor and a redundant control system.
